All packages are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), or your United Stated Post Office (USPS).

 

Need By Date:

Need by date does not guarantee that we will hold an order until that date.  If you need a product held for a specific time, please contact us before ordering.  Products may go out as quick as orders come in.

 

About Our Bulk Orders.

Discounts are available for orders of 350 items or more.

Be sure to contact us using our customer contact email.

 

Warm Shipping:

During warm months, our wrapped bars are shipped with ice packs to help protect them during shipment, though we suggest 2-day shipping or faster to reduce the time in transit. Also please make sure someone is available to receive the package as they do not require a signature so the shipper may leave the package outside.

 

* We are not responsible for melted products, quick order shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  We do ship all packages with insulated foam peanuts and ice packs when necessary.

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders may be made by needed party date.

* It's always suggested to order your products more than two weeks before due date.

*Large sized orders over 150 items may take slightly longer to create than smaller orders.

We require no minimum order for wrappers and invitations..

Missed Your Delivery?

It is the responsibility of the customer to be home when the package arrives.  Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

 

About Our Printing:

We use non-toxic ink on our chocolate wrappers and our invitations.

 

Returns & Cancels

Items that have already been printed cannot be returned as they have been custom made and cannot be sold to other customers.

Canceling an order can be done if caught before creation.

 

Colors:

Colors may show slightly different depending on monitor in use.
